This year we will be welcoming young children up to the age of 6, along with a parent or guardian, to be part of the Squirrels at the Hearth.
We will hold a nurturing and informal space for connection, play, and support for guardians and children, to enable them to be present at the camp and to expereicen the regenerative culture all around them. The Squirrels will be set up near the hearth, with the craft Guilds happening close by.
Parents and guardians accompanying squirrel children will not be able to join a Guild, as we need one adult to be there to look after the young children at all times. If two parents are at the camp, one of them is welcome to join a guild for the week, while the other joins the Squirrels to accompany their child/children.
Essential Squirrels info
- Age: children aged up to 6 alongside adult guardians/parents. (Mature 6 year olds are welcome to join the Foxes if preferred)
- Number of places in total: 10 adults plus accompanying children
- Arrival: 3pm – 5pm Wednesday 6th August
- Investment price: £630 Early Bird before March 21st, £690 afterwards. Price includes one guardian and one Squirrel child. Additional children are £150 each.
- We have 4 bursary places available for teens and adults, allowing you to attend for £200. Apply here before the end of February to be considered.
